We understand the needs of study sites and strive to enhance their delivery capabilities.
The Business Development Representative role plays a vital part in expanding our client network, collaborating with the Business Development team.
In this position, you will:
- Establish and maintain long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients, including sponsors, CROs, and medical institutions.
- Support the Site Development Manager in promoting Milestone One's brand by acquiring new clinics and building a robust site network.
- Conduct thorough research on potential clients to expand the professional network.
- Arrange meetings with potential clients to present MO1 business opportunities and highlight the benefits of cooperation with Milestone One.
- Assist the Marketing team in preparing promotional materials.
- Attend pharmaceutical conferences and training workshops as required.
Required Qualifications:
An undergraduate degree from a reputable college or university is essential. A background in life sciences would be advantageous.
Experience:
A minimum of five years of experience in the clinical environment, preferably as a medical representative interacting with medical institutions and physicians, or as a study coordinator working on-site.
Key Skills and Abilities:
- Fluency in English and local languages.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and sales skills.
- Effective problem-solving and result-oriented approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- A valid Category B driver's license.
Salary Estimate: Based on industry standards and market conditions, we estimate a competitive salary range between $80,000 and $120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
