Responsibilities:- Administer payroll systems in a timely and qualitative manner, ensuring compliance with group procedures, internal control, and local laws.
- Interface with HRIS and accounting systems to ensure seamless integration.
- Manage time off: absences, sickness, maternity, paternity, work accident.
- Report any issues to the specialist or manager.
- HR degree or related field.
- Fluency in local language.
- Knowledge of local legislation.
- Proven knowledge on payroll activities: regular tasks, registration.
- Experience with payrolling.
- Proficiency in current payroll software.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- High level of confidentiality and team spirit.
