About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Wholesale Representative to join our team at JTI. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling JTI products while maintaining strong relationships with wholesale accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Promote and sell JTI products to wholesale accounts, driving distribution levels and market share within the territory.
  2. Collaborate with the Territory Development Leader and Area Sales Manager to manage trade relationships and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  3. Work with the Territory Consumer Lead and Modern Trade Team to execute trade programs and acquire new consumers.
  4. Achieve target outlet coverage, SKU offtake, distribution, call efficiency, and merchandising standards.
Requirements
  1. Preferably a college graduate or vocational graduate with a minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the FMCG environment.
  2. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for achieving both individual and team objectives.
  3. Strong desire and ability to learn, with a self-starter approach to accomplishing tasks and a willingness to work hard.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with adaptability, flexibility, and an open approach to change.
  5. Must hold a Professional Driver's License with Restriction Code 123 or ABC.
