ERM is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join their team in São Paulo, Brazil.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic organizational environment, collaborating with various stakeholders at different levels to drive business development and achievements.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Brazil Human Resources Manager and will be responsible for delivering strategic people solutions that enhance performance, engagement, and the strengthening of ERM's culture.

Responsabilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing expert guidance on strategic people decisions.

  • Develop and implement organizational climate initiatives, training leaders and teams to boost engagement and ensure action plans are implemented.

  • Design and manage a comprehensive training plan aligned with global programs, ensuring quality, timelines, and impact.

  • Facilitate performance management, helping leaders identify and grow high-potential talent.

  • Coordinate career development, including training needs assessments and approval of internal and external learning opportunities.

  • Promote ERM's cultural pillars by encouraging expected behaviors and best practices.

  • Support onboarding and internal mobility to ensure smooth transitions and integration.

  • Contribute to engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with ERM's HR policies and Code of Conduct.

  • Monitor key people metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, engagement) and propose actionable strategies.

  • Foster psychological safety, well-being, and ethical relationships at work.
