Test Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our dynamic and innovative team as a Test Analyst. As a key member of our Agile scrum team, you will be responsible for leading quality assurance efforts, ensuring robust test coverage and effective defect management, with a focus on EFTPOS technology and continuous improvement of testing processes and frameworks.

  • Lead quality assurance efforts within an Agile scrum team, ensuring robust test coverage and effective defect management.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders to clarify requirements, ensure transparency, and enhance reporting.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts tailored to the SAFe Agile environment.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and advancements in EFTPOS technology and payments QA methodologies.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2+ years of EFTPOS payments testing experience.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, quality assurance processes, and SDLC.
  • Good knowledge in card payments, including financial messaging standards (ISO 8583).
  • Experience with scheme certifications (Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS).
  • Proficiency in requirements analysis, test planning, and test environment setup.
  • Proficiency in test case creation, test execution, defect management, and reporting.
