**Role Overview**
This position involves leading the planning and execution of projects focusing on wells R&D and technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical guidance to partners in academia and service companies.
- Manage contracts with relevant service providers and universities.
- Develop and implement new technologies to enhance upstream cost/carbon competitiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology deployment with business needs.
- Meet regulatory requirements and improve operational efficiency.
**Key Qualifications**
- A minimum of 7 years' experience in the oil & gas industry with a focus on Intelligent Completions.
- Proven project management skills with experience delivering new product development projects.
- Strong knowledge of risk management and commercial acumen.
- Familiarity with ANP levy regulations and experience scoping, contracting, and delivering levy projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to champion health, safety, security, and environment (HSSE) best practices.
