**Job Summary**:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Partner Manager to join our team at YouTube. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for managing technical relationships across various content verticals and working closely with Business Development teams to negotiate new agreements and empower partners to find success on YouTube.

**Key Responsibilities**:

Identify, drive, and optimize the flow of existing and new business opportunities by leveraging YouTube technologies through prototyping and innovation.

Perform implementation reviews, advocate for new product features and new internal tools, and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges.

Improve product feature offerings by providing partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Engineering.

**Requirements**:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

3 years of experience working with web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).

3 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).

Experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers.

Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

MBA, Master's degree, or other advanced degree.

Experience with internet video technologies (e.g., Digital Rights Management (DRM) solutions, video or audio codecs, live streaming, SFTP delivery, etc.).

Excellent project management skills and attention to detail with the ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment.
