About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior React Native Developer to join our project. This position requires a skilled professional with expertise in mobile development using React Native and a strong focus on troubleshooting complex issues related to third-party libraries and SDKs.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to video conferencing platforms, third-party libraries, and SDKs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration with backend systems, including Salesforce Cloud.
  • Work with real-time communication tools such as WebSockets and PubNub to support chat and video features.
  • Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership within the team.
  • Support and mentor junior engineers, helping them overcome technical challenges.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in mobile development with a strong focus on React Native.
  • Proven ability to identify, debug, and resolve complex issues quickly and effectively.
  • Experience integrating and troubleshooting third-party SDKs, especially for video conferencing.
  • Familiarity with real-time communication technologies and protocols.
  • Ability to read and modify native mobile code (iOS and Android).
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience working in structured codebases with complex architectural decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience integrating with real-time communication platforms, including chat, video, or voice services using WebSockets or similar technologies.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and best practices.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams with varying levels of technical expertise.
