Pharmacovigilance Professional

We are seeking an experienced pharmacovigilance professional to join our team in Latin America. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with strong communication skills and experience in pharmacovigilance to contribute to the success of our organization.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of pharmacovigilance principles, regulations, and guidelines. They will be responsible for ensuring quality management of procedures, implementing audit findings, and improving pharmacovigilance processes in Latin America. This includes responding to health authority requests regarding safety information, operating post-marketing surveillance vigilance routines, developing, reviewing, and updating pharmacovigilance procedures, monitoring regulatory changes, and ensuring proper notification and documentation of adverse events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure quality management of procedures, implement audit findings, and improve pharmacovigilance processes in Latin America.
  • Respond to health authority requests regarding safety information and operate post-marketing surveillance vigilance routines.
  • Develop, review, and update pharmacovigilance procedures, monitor regulatory changes, and ensure proper notification and documentation of adverse events.
  • Train employees on pharmacovigilance practices, prepare periodic reports, and manage files related to pharmacovigilance and customer service.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in pharmacovigilance (5-7 years)
  • Knowledge of pharmacovigilance legislation, technovigilance, NOTIVISA, and CVS
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
