We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Calypso Functional Expert.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the world's leading Calypso practices, delivering projects across all major asset classes and sectors.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Addressing production support issues and troubleshooting day-to-day activities in the Calypso instance.
  • Providing support to FO and MO users on Calypso.
  • Configuring, updating, and optimizing functional setup in Calypso.
  • Executing scheduled tasks where required.
  • Developing functional solutions for the Calypso instance as per requirements.
  • Monitoring market quotes and system error messages.
  • Ensuring supporting documents are complete and stored appropriately.
  • Collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to ensure effective project implementation.
  • Submitting status reports and coordinating updates with stakeholders.

Responsibilities also include acting as a business analyst to help gather and write requirements, acceptance criteria. You will have the opportunity to work closely with key functional or business stakeholders to achieve clear outcomes.

Our ideal candidate has strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Key qualifications include a solid understanding of Calypso functionality, experience with configuration and optimization, and proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
