About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to join our team at LHR Américas. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that align with our company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate New Business Ideas: Develop and articulate business concepts that align with our company's strategy, market trends, and business impact.
  • Conduct Market Research: Lead and conduct desktop market research to stay informed about current and emerging business trends.
  • Develop Business Plans: Create comprehensive business plans and financial models to support new business opportunities.
  • Present to Senior Management: Present new business ideas and plans to senior management for review and approval.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Manage and lead cross-functional teams to develop business plans and execute new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10 years of relevant experience in business development, strategy, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and experience with financial modeling and business planning.
