Financial Markets Transformation Consultant

We are seeking an expert to drive transformation projects in wholesale banking, treasury, and capital markets.

This role is perfect for someone who has experience in financial processes (Front, Middle, Back Office & Risk) and can contribute to requirements analysis, solution testing, and delivery of financial products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical and collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with technical and business teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support transformation projects in wholesale banking, treasury, and capital markets
  • Contribute to requirements analysis, solution testing, and delivery of financial products
  • Interact with both technical and business teams to understand regulatory and operational challenges
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in banking, consulting, or financial projects
  • Basic knowledge of financial products (e.g., FX, fixed income, derivatives)
  • Genuine interest in capital markets, financial operations, and risk
  • Strong analytical, collaborative, and learning mindset
  • Fluent in English
  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Mathematics/Statistics, or Information Systems/Computer Science
