The Role:

  • We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Human Resources professional to join our team.
  • As a Site HR Partner, you will play a critical role in delivering consistency and compliance across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support employees in 'Moments that Matter', both professionally and personally.
  • Manage Labor Relations, employee relations, and social climate within your sphere of influence.
  • Partner with Site Leadership and Managers to advise on people topics, including talent, organization, performance, and development.
  • Maintain direct communication with the global HR team and assist with projects as needed.
  • Support Compensation & Benefits activities by connecting global policies with local needs.
  • Travel between offices in Curitiba and São Paulo, alternating between 2-3 days spent at each location every other week.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related business field.
  • Solid experience in an HR-related role.
  • Competencies:
    • Experience in administering HR policies (performance management, compensation, benefits, labor relations, etc).
    • Knowledge and understanding of compliance requirements.
    • Advanced English skills.
  • Behaviors:
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Closely connected to employees, managers, and leaders.
    • Collaboration with other HR pillars as part of a networked HR ecosystem.
