Senior Solutions Engineer

At IBM, Technical Solution Architects play a vital role in creating complex solutions that make meaningful impact. They are responsible for overall leadership and delivery of the solutions from requirement gathering through implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, code, test, and provide industry-leading solutions
- Use leading-edge products and technologies to influence outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong enterprise architecture skills in Hybrid Cloud technology
- Deep knowledge of CI/CD Pipeline, DevSecOps, SRE, Monitoring and Observability
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to express complex technical information in a user-friendly language
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise:
- Experience using ServiceNow for reporting and building dashboards
- Familiarity with tools like Cisco Webex, Slack, Box and Mural
- Comprehensive passion for technology
