As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of highly specialized and complex roles within the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent in niche areas, including Clinical Research Associates, Medical Science Liaisons, and specialized leadership.
  • Collaborate with global managers to identify and recruit international-reporting positions, requiring strong communication and alignment skills.
  • Enhance the candidate experience through proactive engagement, logistics management, and timely communication.
  • Serve as the primary recruiter across Brazil, ensuring culturally and commercially relevant hiring strategies.
  • Act as a consultative partner for clients, providing a professional and impactful recruitment experience.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven ability to recruit across a wide seniority range, from junior to director-level roles.
  • Fluency in both Portuguese and English is mandatory.
  • Background in talent acquisition or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Experience in RPO or multi-client hiring environments is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with proven adaptability to fast-paced hiring demands.
