We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic People Experience Manager to join our team at Futuras Apostas. As a key member of our People Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional employee experiences and driving business growth through strategic people initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and people development. You will be responsible for creating and implementing people frameworks, ensuring all employees feel supported and motivated, and creating great candidate and employee experiences.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing people strategies to drive business growth and employee engagement
  • Creating and managing people frameworks, including talent acquisition, learning and development, and growth journeys
  • Ensuring all employees feel supported and motivated through regular check-ins and feedback
  • Developing and implementing recruitment and selection strategies to attract top talent
  • Collaborating with the People Team and Hiring Managers to execute recruitment and selection activities
  • Exploring AI opportunities for recruitment and selection and implementing effective ways of attracting top talent
  • Participating in the Employer Branding project team and building relationships with external and internal stakeholders

Required skills include:

  • High level of ability to write and speak in English
  • 2 years of relevant work experience in an independent People Partner role
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in social science
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication skills

Experience in the iGaming industry and working in a multinational environment are considered a plus.
