Job Title: Clinical Operations Manager

Job Summary:

Kenvue is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Operations Manager to join our team. As a Clinical Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of clinical study management staff, ensuring projects are appropriately resourced, and employees are trained to meet project objectives and CGC Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee staff management in accordance with organizational policies and relevant regulations.
  • Ensure staff have necessary materials, system access, and training to carry out job responsibilities.
  • Contribute to resource allocation for clinical operations projects by assigning staff to clinical studies based on their skills and training.
  • Monitor quality of clinical work performed by staff through regular review and evaluation.
  • Identify quality risks and issues, and develop corrective action plans to prevent or address deficiencies in staff performance.
  • Ensure staff meet defined workload and quality metrics by regularly reviewing and reporting findings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in scientific discipline or healthcare preferred.
  • Prior clinical study management experience, including experience in a people/team management capacity (at least 2 years) or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of applicable global clinical research regulatory requirements (GCP and ICH guidelines).
  • Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced English required (spoken and written).
