Planning Scheduler

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Planning Technician to join our team in Brazil. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the control and updating of construction physical schedules, collecting and consolidating field information regarding project progress, reviewing and organizing daily construction reports from contractors and suppliers, and assisting in monitoring performance indicators.

The ideal candidate will have a technical background in building construction, mechanics, electromechanics, or planning and control. They should also possess proficiency in software such as MS Project, Primavera P6, and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the control and updating of construction physical schedules
• Collecting and consolidating field information regarding project progress
• Reviewing and organizing daily construction reports from contractors and suppliers
• Assisting in monitoring performance indicators

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in software such as MS Project, Primavera P6, and advanced Excel

Educational Background:

• Technical course in building construction, mechanics, electromechanics, or planning and control

Experience:

• Experience in electromechanical assembly work for industrial plants
