Bakery Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our bakery team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient operation during your shift.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the bakery team to meet productivity and quality standards.
• Provide guidance and training to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their job duties.
• Ensure a safe and clean working environment by maintaining high standards of housekeeping and adhering to food safety guidelines.
• Manage cash handling and deposits accurately and efficiently.

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service-focused role.
• Point of Sale systems experience.
• Outstanding communication, time management, and people skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-focused and results-oriented.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
