We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team.
This professional will be responsible for identifying and assessing the different profiles (technical and non-technical) required by our organization and its clients.
The ideal candidate is proactive, dynamic, and a team player with great organizational capacity, accustomed to handling multiple tasks, and marked attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule internal interviews, send invites, and keep records updated.
- Schedule and confirm technical interviews.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of work experience. Previous experience in recruiting roles is a plus.
- Effective communication skills, especially in listening and persuasion.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to constant changes.
- Working experience in online sales techniques (is a plus).
- Knowledge of IT industry head-hunting (is a plus).
- Advanced English language proficiency.
