About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join our team at Ci&T in Brazil. As a key member of our squad, you will be responsible for driving technical refinements and creating scalable and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Structure and drive technical refinements to ensure the quality of deliverables
  • Create and maintain artifacts such as architecture diagrams to support the team's planning
  • Support the Squad Leader in preparing the team's planning and provide insights into the development and evolution of a scalable and high-performance solution
  • Understand technical needs by actively participating in rituals and provide technical guidance to team members
  • Integrate systems by retrieving, transforming, and sending information, and code and structure automated tests (TDD) to ensure the quality of deliverables
  • Support and structure code reviews to adhere to best practices and the client's quality gates
