Project Manager (Renewable Energy)

At Sungrow Power Supply Co., Ltd., we seek a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager (Renewable Energy) to lead and manage our utility projects in Brazil.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Execute projects efficiently, ensuring compliance with company procedures, contracts, quality standards, HSE requirements, financial goals, and deadlines.
  2. Lead project teams, motivating and monitoring internal and external resources to achieve tasks, goals, and deadlines.
  3. Manage project scope, risks, opportunities, quality, priorities, physical planning, and financial planning.
  4. Evaluate project hours, ensure approval for adjustments, and meet monthly deadlines and time limits.
  5. Ensure project execution complies with company best practices, instructions, processes, initiatives, and policies.
  6. Manage team interfaces and conflicts, internal, suppliers, and partners.
  7. Stimulate and support team members in implementing new tools, initiatives, processes, and changes.
  8. Check, calculate, and validate monthly project costs and receivables.
  9. Manage contractual changes, scope variations, term changes, conditions, and claims.
  10. Create, update, and maintain project documentation for future disputes, negotiations, defenses, and claims.
  11. Provide timely and structured project closure (Project Close-out).
  12. Identify, record, and share lessons learned from the project during meetings and consolidate for presentation in the close-out.
  13. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, be the main contact with the client and internally.
  14. Manage registration, control, and archiving of work documentation (Construction management).
  15. Manage work documentation subjects and content (Construction management).

Requirements:

  1. Advanced English proficiency.
  2. Able to use Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  3. Proficiency in project management tools, such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent software.
  4. Proven experience in managing large-scale projects in the energy market and utilities projects (centralized generation), with experience in the sector and with key players and stakeholders.
  5. Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
  6. Understanding of engineering contracts and vendor management.

Education and Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Production, etc.) or related fields (Business Administration, Project Management).
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management can be an advantage.
  • Certifications in project management, such as PMP (Project Management Professional), can be beneficial.

  • Demonstrated capacity to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities effectively.

  • Full-time job (CLT).
  • Work at Vila Olimpia/SP.
