Warehouse Operations Specialist

This role is responsible for loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting and stocking packages. Tasks may involve heavy machinery usage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect inbound products to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Process returns, count and confirm quantities, and complete all necessary paperwork.
  • Select products from designated locations and verify order accuracy prior to shipment.
  • Stage and pack products securely, arrange pick-up of shipments, and coordinate schedules as needed.
  • Handle products according to client procedures and regulations at all times.
  • Operate power equipment safely and efficiently to prevent accidents and damage.
Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment is highly valued.
  • Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week, is essential.
