Job Title: Semi Senior Billing Analyst

Billing operations is a critical component of our business strategy. As a semi senior billing analyst, you will collaborate with the finance team to execute billing operations and implement scalable systems and processes efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Review contracts/IOs/SOWs to ensure accurate approval and billing rates/rules.
  • Manage the billing engine and verify platform accuracy for timely and accurate invoicing.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to resolve invoice discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile COGS accruals and bills on a monthly basis.
  • Assist the legal and sales teams with customer credit and risk analysis.
  • Develop and maintain billing metrics for senior leadership.
  • Identify process improvements and coordinate with other departments to enhance billing/accounting process efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken).
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, with at least 1 year of AR/billing experience.
  • Excel in analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Prioritize competing demands effectively.
  • Proficient in working with various computer systems and large data sets.
  • Ease of learning and adaptation is essential due to rapid change.
  • Experience in AdTech or technology startups is preferred.
