Job Title: Senior AI Software Developer

Job Description:

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI Software Developer to join our team. This is a customer-facing role that involves working directly with customers to understand their business needs and translate them into AI-enhanced technical solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python web development, experience with SaaS product development, and proficiency in relational databases such as MySQL. They should also be familiar with AI-driven frameworks and have hands-on experience using AI-enhanced IDEs to accelerate delivery and simplify workflows.

The successful candidate will work closely with customers to configure and extend our platform using Python, MySQL, and AI APIs to deliver intelligent functionality. They will also partner with product management to launch secure, user-friendly features that integrate automation, predictive analytics, and natural language capabilities.

This is a fully remote-based role, however, candidates must be located in Argentina or Brazil. This is a long-term Independent Contractor position. Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Python web development
  • 3+ years of SaaS product development experience, including cloud-based solutions
  • 3+ years of professional experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL)
  • 3+ years of experience with Django or another Python framework
  • 2+ years of proven experience building and consuming APIs
  • Hands-on experience using AI-enhanced IDEs (e.g., Cursor, VS Code) to accelerate delivery, simplify workflows, and focus on high-value problem-solving
  • Experience with agent frameworks (e.g., AutoGen, LangGraph, CrewAI)
  • Professional experience working with Docker for containerization and AWS services such as EC2, API Gateway, and Lambda
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
