About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to drive revenue growth and platform adoption by establishing and nurturing relationships with sell-side professionals in the M&A industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Master our proprietary deal marketing tools and develop effective communication strategies to build trust with clients.
  • Drive revenue and usage expansion within assigned territories of sell-side prospects and existing clients.
  • Enhance expertise in private company M&A concepts, including deal marketing, exit planning, and sell-side execution.
  • Act as the voice of the client by providing product feedback and suggestions for improvement to our internal teams.
  • Represent our brand professionally in virtual meetings and communications.
