Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Compliance Associate to play a pivotal role in maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for our clients.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to facilitate compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, ensuring the highest level of integrity within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and laws.
  • Assist in the oversight of all compliance activities by professionals.
  • Manage and mitigate risks effectively.
  • Facilitate adherence to ethical standards and promote a culture of integrity within the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in compliance or a related field.
  • Graduate degree in a relevant field such as law, business administration, or accounting.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of US and MX financial products.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Experience with information security and data protection.
