Brazil Sales Manager

We are Refinery89 B.V., a dynamic and fast-growing ad agency looking for an experienced Sales Director to spearhead our direct sales efforts in Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for closing trading agreements with digital ad agencies, building and managing a pipeline of clients, and conducting research to identify potential target clients.
With at least 5 years of experience in digital display and video ad sales, you possess a deep understanding of the programmatic marketplace and landscape. Your exceptional communication and negotiation skills have earned you a strong network of connections in agencies and direct clients in Brazil. Your native Portuguese and excellent English oral and written skills make you an ideal candidate for this role.
This is a unique opportunity to join a young and energetic team that is passionate about online advertising technology. You will work closely with our team to build Refinery89's Brazilian office from scratch, developing and executing effective sales strategies to win new business. You will attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and generate leads, and present Refinery89's value proposition to clients and agencies.
