**Marketing Manager Position Overview**

At Teem, we're seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our internal marketing efforts in Brazil.

**Key Responsibilities:**

We're looking for a skilled professional to develop and implement effective digital strategies that expand our talent pool and increase qualified applicant volume.

- Leverage external communities to attract talent aligned with our company's needs.

- Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure strategy alignment.

- Track and analyze performance metrics to make data-driven decisions for ongoing improvement.

- Identify new channels and opportunities to engage prospective talent, enhancing brand awareness.

- Produce high-quality video and image content to distribute across internal and external channels.

**Requirements and Skills:**

3-5 years of experience in social media and content creation, with a focus on talent or community engagement.

- Familiarity with user-generated content creation using a cell phone or webcam.

- Experience in graphic design and video editing.
