The role of Reverse Logistics Performance Specialist leverages operational excellence to drive performance metrics across Brazil's fulfillment centers, sorting centers, and delivery stations.
As a key member of the Sustainable Transportation & Reverse Operations team, you will work closely with transportation teams to resolve network bottlenecks and maintain performance standards. Your expertise in process improvement and data analysis will be instrumental in driving meaningful impact through sustainable transportation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive reverse logistics performance metrics to meet or exceed operational targets
- Analyze and recommend system improvements to increase operational efficiency
- Partner with transportation teams to resolve network bottlenecks and maintain performance standards
- Monitor compliance with reverse standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all facilities
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an intermediate level
