Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership:
    Develop Wildlife's talent strategy
    Mentor and guide senior leaders on people-related matters
    Build and nurture a high-performing people team
    Identify and cultivate new leaders and successors within the organization
  • Talent Acquisition:
    Formulate and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract premier talent from top universities and industry leaders
    Oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience
    Work with department heads to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely and effective recruitment
  • HR Business Partnership:
    Lead and manage the HRBP team to deliver strategic support across all departments
    Ensure HRBPs effectively assist leaders in their roles, providing insights on employee relations, performance management, and development
  • Total Rewards:
    Design and manage a competitive total rewards strategy, encompassing compensation, benefits, and recognition programs
    Align our rewards strategy with company objectives and market trends
  • Talent Management:
    Develop and implement talent management initiatives to ensure optimal role alignment
    Lead programs for employee development, succession planning, and leadership growth
    Promote a culture of continuous learning and development
  • Management Practices and Accountability:
    Disseminate and advocate for effective management practices throughout the organization
    Ensure accountability for performance and development through robust performance management systems

Qualifications:

  • Experience and Education:
    A minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity, ideally within HR
    Demonstrated expertise in HR disciplines, talent acquisition, talent management, and total rewards
    Experience in technology and startup environments is advantageous
  • Skills:
    Strong strategic thinking capabilities with the ability to translate business objectives into HR strategies
    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships at all organizational levels
