The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineering Lead to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the development of software solutions that address real-world problems and improve the human experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of software solutions that integrate empathy and human-centered design principles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical roadmaps and architecture for software development projects.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements and user needs.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers to develop their skills and expertise.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on leading teams and developing technical roadmaps.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements and user needs.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with Django and Flask.
