As an Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and correctly billing all procedures performed at the clinic and its inputs (taxes, materials, medications), with quality and agility;
Analyze the production chain in-depth to maximize revenues;
Collaborate on continuous process improvement to mitigate billing errors and avoid unrecoverable disputes;
Meet the billing deadlines for each operator, as negotiated, ensuring the speed of receipt and improving the cash flow of the company;
Track the process from Reception to Billing, highlighting the rules of the operators, to avoid errors that prevent billing;
Generate reports of non-billed services for each contract, identify and analyze the reasons for non-billing of these attendances outside of batch;
In cases of pending items from other departments, perform follow-up and collection until the process is completed correctly;
Ensure that all 'non-conformities' were resolved through guidelines, in accordance with the operator's rules;
Present reports related to your production and, above all, the daily billing information realized during the day;
Interact with other areas of the clinic to identify opportunities for collection regarding procedures performed at the clinic;
Inform the billed value to Finance and issue the Tax Invoice;
Identify and improve workflow and processes in the involved areas.

The working hours are from Monday to Friday, 08h00 to 18h00, and Saturday, 08h00 to 17h00, with 1 hour of lunch break;
**Required skills and qualifications:**
Completion of Higher Education in Administration or related fields;
Knowledge of systems, processes, procedures and exams of Nuclear Medicine and Radiology;
**Desirable:** Mastery of tables (CBHPM/ AMB/ SIMPRO/ BRASÍNDICE) and routines of Billing alongside Health Operators;
Comprehensive experience in activities related to Billing in clinics, hospitals and/or health operators.
