We are seeking a highly skilled UX Designer to join our team. As a UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our investment products.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Gather and analyze business data to identify areas for improvement
  • Evaluate business processes and conduct research to pinpoint potential issues
  • Collect and refine requirements from stakeholders and create detailed technical documentation
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior managers and executives
  • Provide guidance and training to help implement recommended changes
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of design solutions through user feedback, analytics, and other data sources

Your Qualifications

">
  • 2+ years of experience in working with product teams as a Senior Product Designer on B2C products
  • 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design
  • Fluent/native Russian and b2+ English
  • Proficiency in Figma; experience with JIRA and Confluence
  • Readiness to provide Portfolio/Assets/CV Highlighting product ideation, A/B testing, design strategy, the Impact (results of work done), and experience in business analysis
