3D Modeling Expert
We are seeking a skilled 3D modeling expert to play a pivotal role in transforming design information into precise models and construction documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review tender and IFC information (2D drawings, 3D models, asset data) per ISO19650 standards
- Create and maintain Revit-based 3D models, including GA plans, sections, diagrams, and schedules
- Perform clash detection and support clash avoidance coordination
- Maintain clean, healthy 3D models following industry best practices
- Update and revise models/documents based on RFIs, design changes, and site instructions
- Identify inconsistencies in contract documents and flag them appropriately
- Assist with as-built documentation and handover preparation
- Work collaboratively in shared environments (CDE), supporting both internal and external teams
- Follow project standards, templates, protocols, and document control procedures
- Provide accurate technical responses to site queries and requests
Requirements:
- Technical Diploma in Architecture, Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of 3D modeling experience on construction projects
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
- Familiarity with CDE platforms and coordination tools (Revizto, Navisworks)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
- Understanding of 3D modeling principles and workflows
- Strong written and spoken English skills
