International Finance Business Partner

Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Finance Business Analyst to join our team in LATAM. This individual will play a key role in finance business partnering to regional sales, construction, and service operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Execute monthly financial services controlling activities and processes for LAT-South Service contracts, adhering to standard operating procedures.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making, consolidating and analyzing P&L results versus budget & prior month forecast.
- Act as liaison between finance, sales, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, estimating potential risks & opportunities to ensure proper forecasting and decision making.
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to solve operational issues and problems with speed and quality, analyzing and optimizing processes to improve business efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support ad-hoc projects and management reports as required, managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
- Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with accounting & cost controlling, P&L analysis, and business performance management
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
- Advanced proficiencies in spoken and written English
- Flexibility and motivation, travel not expected but may be required for ad-hoc tasks
