Job Title: Brand Growth Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Brand Growth Specialist to join our team. This role involves developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, SMS, social media, and paid advertising.

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a hands-on marketing role, with a proven track record of managing multi-channel campaigns and building automation workflows in Zapier or Make.

In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Customer Success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a hands-on marketing role
  • Proven track record of managing multi-channel campaigns
  • Proficiency in building automation workflows in Zapier or Make
  • Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills for quick analysis and reporting
  • Fluent English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus

What You'll Do:
  1. Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, SMS, social media, and paid channels
  2. Own and update a 30-day content calendar that aligns messaging, creative, and launch dates
  3. Keep corporate social accounts active, on-brand, and audience-focused
  4. Design basic graphics and short-form videos using Canva, Figma, or CapCut; brief external creatives as needed
  5. Build and maintain marketing automation workflows in HubSpot (or HighLevel) and connect data via Zapier/Make
  6. Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure lead-handoff processes are clear and documented
  7. Track performance in Excel/Google Sheets and present actionable insights to leadership
