Job Summary
This role involves implementing category management projects across assortment and merchandising solutions using available tools in coordination with regional sales and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities">">
- Project management on merchandising deliveries in Brazil with regular client contact and follow-ups on projects.
- Support the sales and delivery teams with consultancy expertise building a strong partnership with defined customers and inspiring contractual agreements.
- Analyze customer category situations and make suggestions for improvement.
- Collaborate with delivery team members to provide professional responses to clients gathering client requirements from commercial teams.
- Onboard, train, and support new or existing customers on merchandising products compiling documentation material for methodology questions and frequently asked questions.
- Develop optimal assortments and efficient planograms and space reports supporting basic client service duties participating in team projects and staff meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, behavioral sciences, statistics, or a related field.
- Strong category management knowledge and experience in the FMCG industry.
- Knowledge managing databases, SQL, Oracle, Visual Basic, etc.
- Solid cross-functional experience.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office particularly Excel - Pivot Tables - PowerPoint.
- Advanced English both verbal and written.
- Exceptional aptitude for category analysis.
- Intellectual curiosity and persistence to find answers to questions.
- Ability to autonomously manage simultaneous projects in a fast-paced business environment.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
