We are looking for a highly skilled e-commerce professional to join our commercial digital landscape in Brazil. This role involves close collaboration with digital marketers, webshop managers, and digital service specialists to develop and roll out effective digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the company's e-commerce platform and ensure its optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement strategic digital marketing initiatives to boost online sales and engagement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze customer behavior and market trends to inform business decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least three years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in agriculture or horticulture.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in Portuguese (spoken and written).
  • Familiarity with start-up principles, agile methodologies, and latest technology trends.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work under pressure.
