Key Responsibilities- Design and develop scalable, efficient, and secure web applications using JavaScript, PHP, and WordPress.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Develop and maintain advanced custom fields in WordPress, ensuring seamless integration with our existing infrastructure.
- Implement A/B testing tools to measure and report on the performance of experiments, driving data-driven decision-making.
- Build prototype mockups for web pages, promos, and forms, ensuring a user-centric design approach.
- Support website testing plans to increase website and full funnel conversions, driving business growth.
- Establish documentation for best practices around plugin requirements, deployment processes, and site security, ensuring a secure and efficient development environment.
- Monitor plugin and theme security vulnerabilities, and run quality assurance / deploy content for production, ensuring a secure and stable application.
- Run weekly updates and manage backend administration: DNS, Website Routing, and Security, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Handle gated content (download, upload, create CTAs) and conversion points to access content, driving user engagement.
- Manage conversion data via cross-functional teams and databases, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- 4+ years of professional programming experience in JavaScript, PHP, and WordPress.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering program, or equivalent work experience.
- Advanced knowledge of JavaScript and development tools and libraries.
- Experience working on a website built with a CMS (i.e. WordPress, Strapi, Contentful).
- Strong understanding of building and consuming REST APIs.
- Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques, caching mechanisms, and content delivery networks (CDNs).
- Strong proficiency with continuous integration/continuous deployment.
- Experience with experimentation tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc).
- Experience with Advanced Custom Fields or similar tools.
- Fluency with modern JavaScript.
- Excellent communication skills - you are working with a dispersed team, so first-class communication is a must.
Our range of compensation starts at: $5500 USD dollars.
