• About the Role:
• Promote business growth by collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify potential opportunities.
• Support local product launches as a subject matter expert.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to customers on surgical techniques.
• Utilize proprietary software to prepare pre-operative CT scans for use with robotic arms.
• Serve as a backup to support case coverage in the region.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase procedure volumes with current and potential surgeons.
• Advocate for the clinical benefits of products and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Support regional management of scheduled surgeries in conjunction with hospitals and surgeons.
• Develop and mentor regional clinical experts.
• Deliver product demonstrations and participate in marketing and clinical conferences.
• Offer customers opportunities to experience products in use and explain their clinical value.
• Act as a reference for new colleagues in the field and internal processes.
