Logistics Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with a passion for logistics and supply chain management.

About the Role

The Logistics Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our logistics department, ensuring that all shipments are processed efficiently and effectively. Key responsibilities include managing relationships with suppliers, coordinating with transportation providers, and analyzing data to optimize logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • People Management: Supervise a team of logistics coordinators to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to perform their duties.
  • Excel Knowledge: Intermediate level proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • WMS Knapp Processes: In-depth knowledge of WMS Knapp processes, including stock movements, address assignment, and reverse logistics.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including geographical inventory, cyclical inventory, damages, and excess handling.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with separation lines, routing registration, and separation flow teams.
