What You'll Do
The primary responsibility of the NOC Network is to ensure the stability and performance of our global network. As a Network Operations Center Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting network issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems, and implementing process improvements to enhance network efficiency. You will also contribute to the development of network architecture and design, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze network performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with network engineers and other stakeholders to resolve complex network issues
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance network efficiency and reduce downtime
- Contribute to the development of network architecture and design
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 network availability
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in network operations, engineering, or a related field
- Strong understanding of network protocols, architectures, and technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
