This role requires someone who can optimize Search, Display, PMax, and Demand Gen campaigns at scale, delivering exceptional daily performance while maximizing ROI.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Google Ads, managing substantial budgets across multiple regions. They should be able to analyze campaign data, make autonomous decisions based on performance metrics, and continuously innovate to maintain a competitive edge.
Key Responsibilities:
- P peak Performance Execution: Deliver exceptional daily performance across Google Search, Display, PMax, and Demand Gen campaigns with relentless focus on ROI optimization and profitability maximization across 30+ regions.
- A advanced Data Analysis & Autonomous Decision-Making: Conduct in-depth daily analysis of all campaign data, diving deep into performance metrics to uncover insights others miss. Utilize all available data to autonomously decide which countries and GEOs to scale, prioritizing maximum ROI and most effective budget allocation on a daily basis.
- C campaign Mastery: Launch, test, and aggressively scale Google Ads campaigns while optimizing every aspect - keywords, targeting, bidding, and budget allocation - to consistently squeeze absolute maximum potential from every campaign.
- C continuous Innovation & Competitive Intelligence: Proactively research new tools, platform updates, and optimization techniques while analyzing competitor strategies to maintain our competitive edge and discover untapped growth opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- P proven Track Record: Minimum 4 years of hands-on Google Ads experience with demonstrated ability to scale budgets profitably and achieve exceptional ROI performance across multiple regions.
