Project Director

This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and has the vision to drive projects from concept to completion.

A Project Director at our company is responsible for leading cross-functional teams of engineers, technicians, and project coordinators. They oversee all aspects of project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and control.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans that meet client requirements and internal standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain quality standards.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Mentor and guide project team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sciences, or Business Administration.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in subsea production and/or well intervention systems.
  • Minimum 5 years in a formal Project Management role.

Personal Attributes:

Proven leadership and strong professional integrity.Excellence in communication, interpersonal relationships, and presentation skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.Proactive mindset, sound decision-making, and effective delegation skills.Results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.

Familiarity with industry-specific software and technologies is highly desirable.
