This prestigious graduate program is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive learning experience, starting with a one-week global induction in Milan.

Following the induction, participants will embark on a one-year job rotation in two different departments: Research & Development and Operations.

This rotation will provide them with hands-on experience in various aspects of Prysmian's operations and help them develop valuable skills.

After completing the first year of rotation, participants will take on a role in the country they were hired in for 12 months, aligned with business needs and their interests.

The position will be technical, based in one of Prysmian's production sites, and linked to the core of the company's business.

Following the completion of the second year, participants will embark on an international assignment lasting three years in one of Prysmian's 50+ countries.
