Job Overview

The System Administrator will serve as a technical specialist, supporting the sales team in acquiring large projects and collaborating with a global team to ensure readiness of solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Aligning project pipeline priorities with the PMO Head and Global Plant Design Business Owner.
  • Supporting construction project managers and business developers during project acquisition by demonstrating plant design offerings.
  • Partnering with customer plant design administrators and model automation leads to ensure testing and catalog integrity.
  • Setting up libraries and plug-ins for Hilti and Oglaend Modular supports, firestop, and cable management solutions.
  • Serving as a single point of contact for installation challenges and troubleshooting software conflicts.
  • Training customer modelers and designers on using our libraries and plug-ins.
  • Creating bespoke assemblies for project or account-specific customizations.
  • Training sales and business development teams about plant design solutions.
  • Documenting all customer-facing activities in Salesforce and Clickup.
  • Gathering and consolidating customer feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborating with the development team to test libraries and document feature requests.
Requirements
  • A degree in engineering or an equivalent IT diploma.
  • Experience with EPCs, engineering consultants, contractors, and industry projects preferred.
  • Proven experience in engineering systems administration (Aveva PDMS/E3D, Integraph SP3D, Bentley, Autodesk P3D).
  • Good understanding of engineering practices and project execution concepts.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering design, drafting applications, and data integration software.
  • Fluent in Portuguese, with advanced English and intermediate Spanish skills.
  • Availability for international travel (15-20%).
