This role is a fully remote position that supports a team in the EST time zone and is open to candidates based in Portugal and Brazil.

Position Overview

We're building the future of advertising and are seeking creative professionals to help us achieve our goals. As a leading omnichannel growth marketing agency focused on retail, e-commerce, and consumer businesses, we're looking for talented individuals to shape the evolution of our brand, website, and digital user experience.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to create innovative marketing assets across paid media, organic, and social platforms that are deeply aligned with our brand system. You'll also design new case study pages, service modules, and marketing content across our website, as well as build and deploy high-quality, responsive website pages using Framer.

  • Marketing Design & Brand System: Develop engaging marketing materials that showcase our brand's unique identity;
  • Website & Digital Experience: Design interactive and visually appealing website pages that enhance our online presence;
  • Framer & No-Code Development: Build and deploy complex website pages in Framer, including advanced interaction design and animations;
Key Requirements
  • Have 3-4+ years of experience in web, brand, or marketing design, ideally within a fast-paced creative environment or agency;
  • Possess a strong portfolio that showcases website layout, interactive design, and marketing collateral;
  • Are fluent in Figma, including use of components, auto layout, and systemized design workflows;
  • Have hands-on experience with Framer or similar no-code web platforms;
