Accounting Leadership PositionWe are seeking an accomplished accounting professional to spearhead our accounting functions across Argentina, Brazil, and Uruguay.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting, with expertise in US GAAP, IFRS, and BR GAAP. They will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
• Mentor and develop a team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
• Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements in compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, BR GAAP, and organizational policies.
• Manage GAAP differences between US GAAP, IFRS, and BR GAAP to ensure accurate consolidation and reporting.

Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from Brazil, Argentina, or Uruguay.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and BR GAAP.
