Game Systems Designer

We are looking for a highly skilled Game Systems Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing core systems in our new games, creating proposals that articulate how these features and systems uphold the game's design pillars and drive desired player behaviors.

  • Design Key Features: Develop major systems and features for new games, ensuring they align with the game's design principles and meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to create cohesive and engaging gaming experiences.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Continuously research and analyze emerging patterns in service design, metagame systems, game economies, and player psychology to inform design decisions.

Requirements
  • Strong Technical Skills: Proficiency in Unity and Google Sheets, with experience in content design and development.

  • Fundamental Design Principles: Knowledge of game economies, metagame systems, and player psychology to design from first principles.
